The Mandram was started to promote Tamil Music, Dance and Drama. Dr. Mrs. Meena Muthiah herself being a connoisseur of fine Arts, promotes budding artists by providing them with a platform to showcase their talents through the Muthamizh Mandraram.
The Annual School magazine ‘Vision’ is the platform for students’ creative writing and also a record of the school’s achievements. The committee members painstakingly work all through the year collecting articles, writing reports and chronicling events which finally find a place in the school’s annual publication.
A celebration of English and all that’s English, this initiative of the Department of English, eulogises all the interesting facets of the language.
Tamil Illakiya Man-dram
The Hindi Literary Association aims to promote language and literature in Hindi by conducting various competitions and cultural programmes.

With changing times, audio visual learning has been included into the curriculum to combat learning handicaps and to cater to the requirements of various kinds of learners. A vast array of digital modules exists as a component of smarts boards, that complement the theory sessions that happen in the classroom. The school believes that in today’s digital age, when students are captivated by fast moving images and visual aids, it is imperative to integrate technology into the classroom to fortify students for the future. 56 Smartboard enabled classroomsin the 1-4 segment offer students a detour from the traditional chalk-and-talk method. By leveraging technology in education, the school is trying to further student engagement, active participation and improve learning outcomes.
The four air-conditioned AV rooms with a seating capacity of hundred each, enhance the learning experience of students by forging visual inputs to reinforce the concepts learnt in a traditional classroom. This facility enhances learning experience by offering engaging and interactive tools that combine visual and auditory stimuli and hence cater to different learning styles.
The school conducts Public Speaking courses during the academic year and inthe summer break. Spirited participation in seminars, symposiums, discussions, publications, dramatics, public speaking and other activities that enhance concentration and classroom learning, enable students to acquire learning skills required for an overall intellectual, psychological and social growth.
