Syllabus
Chettinad Vidyashram follows the CBSE curriculum with the three – language formula. English being the first language is compulsory for all classes. Tamil, Hindi, Sanskrit, French and German are the range of vernaculars that can be chosen as additional languages.
Infrastructure

Science Labs
Equipped exhaustively with the technical support of trained lab assistants, the school houses 2 Physics, Chemistry, Biology laboratories, 12 Cyberlabs and one well-structured Biotech lab which aim at dispensing practical knowledge to students. Each facility is spacious enough to accommodate 50 students at a time.
The school also features two composite Science Workrooms ‘Prayatna Labs’ to kindle the scientific temper in students of grades 1-8.
Pragya Lab
Discerning contemporary demands, the management has incepted team Pragya with qualified expert counsellors to facilitate insightful interaction among students to cordon off the impact of challenging times. Emotional conditioning, mental well-being and personal progression being the prime foci of the working unit, Pragya flaunts an array of trained therapists to step up the psyche of the adolescents by sundry counselling techniques, art-based therapy and other therapeutic intervention modes.
Entrenching the teaching faculty with multiple sessions and enabling them to acquirethe nuances of liberated teaching craft, the Pragya Lab offers students of Psychology a chance to engage in experiential learning which fosters a deeper understanding of domain-specific concepts.
Math Labs
There are four Mathematics labs aptly named ‘SOLUTIONS, which are aesthetically equipped with colourful aids and employ most modern methods to make Math learning an enjoyable experience!
